Although the manufacturer of Huggies, Kimberly-Clark Corporation, advertises the Snug & Dry diapers as being able to keep children “dry and comfy” for up to 12 hours and as hypoallergenic, the lawsuit claims that the company has harmed buyers’ ability to make informed buying decisions by failing to disclose the obvious skin rash issue.
Kimberly-Clark’s irresponsible design, production, and promotion of the product led to children’s injuries, the Huggies Snug & Dry Diapers Class Action Lawsuit claim. The Rice family states that the injuries sustained are severe enough that the parents of the affected children must seek medical attention and may require prescription medicine.

What is the difference between Huggies and pampers?
For the most part, Huggies and Pampers offer the same diaper sizes. The size ranges between the two are fairly similar. Here is the sizing chart for both brands.
It’s very important to keep that stump free from infection and let it dry out properly. Huggies have a slight dent on its new-born and preemie sizes to keep that stump out of the diaper area whereas Pampers doesn’t have this dent and parents have to fold the diaper a little to leave out the stump.
Both Huggies and Pampers are widely available at all common stores, as well as Amazon, but there is one notable exception to be aware of: Costco does not carry Pampers, so if you’re hoping to grab your Pampers diaper with your weekly grocery haul, you’ll have to shop elsewhere.
